ABOUT THE EVENT

3nd Annual Fall Fest will be held Saturday October 22 at CrossFit Credence in Memory of Coach Troy Sahr.

We lost our Coach, Troy Sahr on Sept. 15 2014 in a fatal car accident. This young coach had a very bright future ahead of him and he loved competitions. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Troy Sahr Memorial Fund that help coaches receive certifications.

This is a 2 person team competition consisting of Male/Male and Female/Female teams in Rx, and Scaled divisions. Join us to test your level of fitness against other teams of athletes.

Athlete Check in begins at 7:30.
1st WOD starts at 8:30 sharp.

Registration fee is $130 per team of 2.
One athlete will register the team.

Each team member will get a t shirt.

Prizes to be awarded to podium finishers.

Event 1&2 (2 Part) – 7min Cap

Event 1 (Rx & Scaled)

Both partners have the given time (7 min) to complete a clean complex of the following:

1 High Hang Clean (Above mid-thigh)
1 Hang Clean (Above knee)
1 Full Clean (touch ground)

Immediately into (without dropping the bar)

Event 2 (Rx & Scaled)
Front Squat for max loading (Max reps, but total load will determine placing)
So 225×4 reps= 1000 lbs. of total load lifted

**Event starts with loaded barbells
On 3-2-1 GO…
Athlete 1 attempts the clean complex and goes right into E2 (the front squats)
Athlete 2 will then make their attempt
Athletes can make as many attempts as needed within the 7min

***Event is scored ONLY when clean complex AND Front Squats are done without dropping the bar (you can not find a clean max on one set and then go for max load front squats on a different set)
****The lift(s) scored (E1 & E2) will be in the same completed complex+FS set

*Athletes may switch out on Rower whenever they want, as many times as they want.
