ABOUT THE EVENT

CFD invite athletes of all levels to register and compete with us. They are part of the Pink Bra Tour this year because of the amount of money the CFD community raised last year. Only 10 gyms across the country are chosen for this. Come on down for a great day and a great cause. There will also be a Reebok CrossFit Athlete here and a Barbells for Boobs Pro Advocate.

 

There will be two (2) divisions: RX and Scaled. You can either form a CO-ED Team or a Same Sex Team.

One workout per team with the top teams advancing to a final workout.

 

WOD 1:
10 AMRAP- Partner
MAX Reps Clean & Jerk (135/95) Scaled (95/65)
Every Min on the Min 5 Burpees each athlete.

 

AT 3,2,1,go both team members will complete 5 burpees, once both athletes complete 5 burpees athlete 1 will go to the bar and complete as many C&J as possible in that min. Once the next min comes up both athletes will again do 5 burpees and then athlete 2 will complete as many C&J as possible in the remaining time of that minute. This will continue until 10 min mark. Your teams score is the total number of Clean and Jerks.
