ABOUT THE EVENT

Into the Fray is a CrossFit Obstacle Race where your mind, strength, and skill will be tested. Enter competition as an individual or team to claim the title of Fittest Lions on Earth!

Who is the fittest in Happy Valley? Do you have the guts to run head long Into The Fray of obstacles and strength challenges?

 

There will be three different skill levels so pretty much anyone can run into the Fray! Open to the public! You can either run the fun/scaled version or compete tooth and nail for individual or team champion. The glory is yours to take!

Entails:
Both Individual men’s and women’s versions of the race can be run:

  • Rx’d (hardest) and
  • Scaled (for the fitness/CrossFit beginner with a big heart!)
  • A Team event with slightly different programming of strength workouts and obstacles.

Distance: 5k. Dont be fooled, this race is not your local charity 5k.

Check in Time: 10AM sunday morning, November 9th

Obstacles: Climb, balance, jump, swing, swim..?!… you’ll just have to come see for your self!

Workouts: Alternating between at least 5 mini WODs (workouts) and 5 obstacles throughout the race. e.g. half grace (barbell, rope climbs, kettlebells and other technical moves are included in individual Rx’d, any skill level can compete in scaled version)
