ABOUT THE EVENT

Please join the 1st Annual Calapooia CrossFit Functional Fitness Challenge! This is a semi-competitive event open to all and designed to challenge your fitness while having fun and meeting other area athletes and their families. The organizers are hosting this free event as a way to strengthen the community of local athletes while putting your hard work in the gym to the test. There will be at least 2 individual workouts and 1 team workout to choose from, as well as possible surprise workouts and tie-break workouts as needed. At 8 am it will start with an hour of explaining the movement standards and scaling options. During this time we will also provide coaching of the movements if needed and time for athletes to practice the movements and get warmed up. The first wave of the first event will start at 9 am. We’re planning on being done with all workouts by 2 pm but the final schedule will depend on how many athletes register.
