ABOUT THE EVENT
We hope that you will join us on September 14th at 6:30 p.m. for a goal setting and nutrition lifestyle seminar with Coach Josh Arcona! This event is free to CCF members but we encourage anyone with interest to attend! There will be a $10 fee for non-members. A sign-up sheet will be posted soon, with more details to follow. The seminar will detail the following topics:
Goal setting – How to set short, intermediate, and long term goals based on a timeline and your available resources. Also, understanding why you are choosing your goals and what this means for your lifestyle moving forward.
Aligning the process with your goals – learning how to keep focused and ensure that your actions are leading you closer to your goals rather than farther from your goals.
Steps to achieving your goals – This section will focus on your needs as you travel towards your goals. Things such as a coach, nutritionist, meal plans, athletic equipment etc will be covered.
Exercise Programming, Nutrition, Lifestyle – These topics will be covered together and will discuss how exercise programming, nutrition, and lifestyle factors can help or hinder you from achieving your goals.
