ABOUT THE EVENT

Crossfit Binghamton is pleased to team up with the Broome County Stop DWI Program and The Stop DWI Holiday Classic to present to you the 2014 Slam Fest.  This is a 2 day Crossfit-style competition with multiple events run concurrently with the Stop DWI Holiday Classic Slam Dunk and 3 Point Contests.  It will take place on the upper concourse of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.  Competitors will get a free event drawstring bag and tickets to the Stop DWI Holiday Classic games and events with registration.

 

Both Rx and Scaled divisions for Men and Women.

Standards for Competing:

  • RX – Deadlift 275/185 (Men/Women)
    Shoulder to OH (press, jerk, split jerk) 155/105
    Run 400m without walking
  • Scaled – Front Squat 115/85 (Men/Women)
    Shoulder to OH 65/95
    Run 400m (There will not be pull-ups or double unders in this division.)
